Benjamin S. Zacks,
Esq.
Ben is a native of Columbus and a graduate from
The Ohio State
University, and
Capital
University Law School, Juris
Doctor (Honors: Law Review;
Dean’s List) and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal
Fraternity. Ben’s practice, Zacks Law Group, LLC
is concentrated as a counselor and dedicated
business executive with over 28 years experience
in legal, real estate, taxation and business
matters, from a transactional, litigation and
management perspective. Ben is a published author
for the Capital University Law
Review and has been active in
Non-Profit management and served on various NP
Boards for 25+ years. He is a member of the
American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar
Association, Columbus Bar Associations, Columbus
Chamber of Commerce, Columbus Jewish Federation,
Columbus Jewish Foundation Legal & Tax
Advisory Committee and the Leo Yassenoff Jewish
Community Center of Greater Columbus serving as
the Treasurer, Chair of the Budget and Finance
Committee. Ben and his wife Mary Beth have two
children.
Gary
Baker
Gary
has been
married for 35 years; he and his wife have three
adult sons. He is retired from a public utility, and
has been an Ordained Minister for eight
years. Four years of that time he
served as a Chaplain in two
Springfield
grade
schools, with counseling
responsibility for K – 5th graders, which gave
him much experience for the young people who will
be served by our foundation. He currently is on
staff and assists in a grief group at Richards,
Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home in Springfield.
Gary was
involved with the Nehemiah Foundation
for 4+ years. The Nehemiah Foundation
is a funding arm for many Springfield ministries
.
John
A. (Jack) Lince
Upon
graduation from St.
Joseph’s High School in Cleveland, Ohio, Jack graduated with a
B.S degree from The Ohio State University. He then
went on to graduate from The Ohio State University
College of Pharmacy.
While at the College of Pharmacy, Jack received
numerous awards; was a member of Rho Chi Honorary
Scholastic Fraternity, Phi Delta Chi, Pharmacy
Council, “Spur” Business Manager, J & J Pharmacy
Management Award, and the Don Discher Memorial
Award.
His
professional career memberships include: Charter
Member-The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy
Alumni Society (Board of Governors); Life Member-The
Ohio State Alumni Association; Member-NCPA, APhA,
OPA; Academy of Pharmacy of Central Ohio (Past
President and Trustee); Cooperative of Ohio
Pharmacies Inc. (Past President); the non-profit Pharmacy Foundation
of Ohio, Inc., (Founding Member, Executive Director
and Past President);
2008
recipient of the William J. “Bill” Marks Award of
the Academy of Pharmacy of Central Ohio for
dedication to the profession, community and
family. Jack, now retired, was
owner-operator of Franklin Park Medical
Pharmacy in Columbus for 30 years.
Jack and his wife, Shirley have five children,
twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
They reside in Columbus.
Dr. Allan M. Spiegel,
M.D.
Dr. Spiegel completed his undergraduate studies at the
University of
Vermont in Burlington, and received his
Medical
Degree from the
University
of the East in Quezon City,
Philippines, where he studied
conventional and tropical medicine and provided
health care to the indigent people in the
provinces.
Before his involvement in hyperbaric medicine, he
served his internship at New Rochelle Hospital Medical
Center, New Rochelle, NY, and
completed his residency in Neurology at The State
University of New York Down State Medical
Center, Brooklyn, New
York where he was also Assistant Clinical
Instructor. Allan was the Medical Director of
Ekren
Physical Therapy Services, Inc.
in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Spiegel is affiliated with
Morton
Plant/Mease Hospitals in Dunedin and
Countryside, and has been
practicing neurology for 21 years in Palm Harbor,
Florida. He is actively involved in numerous
pharmaceutical clinical trials to further the
availability of new medications to assist in the
treatment of neurological disorders. Furthermore,
he is a proponent and practitioner of hyperbaric
medicine as well as an advocate for the use of
HBOT therapy to treat neurological disorders and
injuries.
Dr. Spiegel has provided Hyperbaric Oxygen
Therapy for a wide variety of conditions for a
number of years and is at the forefront of
bringing this and other innovative and highly
successful treatments to our injured military
personnel. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology,
American Academy of Pain Management, American
Society of Neuro-rehabilitation, American Medical
Association, and undersea and Hyperbaric Medical
Society. Dr. Spiegel is Founder and Medical
Director of the
Healing Heroes Network, 501C (3)
and on the Board of Directors
of Kids Wish
Network. Allan and his wife reside
in Palm Harbor, Florida and have three
children.
